Learn how to set notification alerts for storage limits and upgrade storage space

Storage Usage Stats

1. At the top right of the screen, click your profile picture.
2. Select System Usage / Reporting.

Storage Alerts:

1. Under Storage Alert Settings, click the Enable button. This will open a new window.
2. Set the GB number for your threshold alert.
3. Select the frequency in which you prefer to be notified.
4. Enter the email address that should receive these notifications.
5. Click Save.

Upgrade an Existing Plan:

1. Click the Upgrade Plan button.
2. Select the amount of GB you would like to add.
3. Check the Accept Terms box and click Upgrade.

Tip: Contact a Simian account manager to save on larger upgrades.

Statistics Reporting

Statistics Reporting shows usage broken down by Projects and Reels, along with how much media has uploaded to the Simian platform by an individual user.

To view statistics reporting:

1. On the System Usage / Reporting screen, click the dropdown menu in the upper left corner and select System Reporting.
2. To run a report, select a user from the All Users dropdown below the usage graph.
3. Select a Report Type and date range, then click Generate Report. This will enable administrators to view how much storage each user is using.
