Learn how to utilize invaluable information pertaining to reel presentations
Within the Reel Library, click the arrow next to the desired reel, then click the Analytics button that reveals itself.
From the Analytics screen you can track view statistics for presentations and determine if emails were opened, as well as who viewed or forwarded presentations. The dropdown menu on the left pane of the screen does the following:
- Opened - Loads each viewer’s analytics on the screen. You can view analytics by recipient if you click on their email address, IP address or tracking label.
- Unopened - Displays recipients who have not opened the presentation.
- Forwarded - Displays recipients who have forwarded the presentation, along with said forwarded recipients who have viewed the presentation.
On the Analytics screen, click the thumbnail of a video or audio file. From here, you can either press play or drag the playhead around the timeline to see in real-time exactly what was viewed and skipped over.
